We all know that home is where your heart is, but where is that home? Maybe you've long since moved away, or maybe you've never left your hometown (why bother?), but one thing is for sure: you know exactly where your heart belongs!

Our State Necklaces are made from the hardcover of an old discarded book, with one of the pages affixed to the front. Each of our pieces has been sealed with a layer of clear acrylic for added protection and durability. Each piece is one of a kind, so you may not get the exact piece shown, but variation is fairly minimal.

Made From Books is a socially responsible line of jewelry by Yes & Yes Designs. We use unwanted, falling apart, or outdated books as our source material, and donate a portion of our proceeds to support literacy programs world-wide. By laser cutting our pieces from the covers of these books, we are able to make bold and one-of-a-kind jewelry that tells a story, so to speak.

Chain: 18 inches* (Exception: Hawaii is on a 30" chain)
Pendant: approx. 1.5 inches x 1-2 inches (depending on the state).

Care instructions (included with each piece):
Each piece should be handled with care. If your piece gets wet, gently pat dry and allow it to air dry. Do not rub while wet. If your piece gets dirty, gently dab with a slightly wet paper towel.
